Alsina Sarda

We have been in the very heart of Alt Penedés for three generations and we are very fond of this land.  We owe 40 hectares of vineyards and grow the grapevine combining an ecologic process and the best technology.

Alsina&Sardá mixes tradition and innovation.

Innovation is essential for us to elaborate our wines and “cavas” (typical familiar champagne).  But experience is the most important thing.  Create a wine is an art rather than a process.  The details must be precise: the harvest, the grapes selection, the processing... and the secret is to reach the exact elaboration point.  When body, bouquet and colour are ready, we just have to do the final task: the wine presentation.
