Located only 1,5 km away from the winery and the reception center. All the vines have drip irrigation and humidity control to provide adequate water quantities depending on each variety and parcel. Moreover, our parcels are equipped with anti-freezing systems.

Quality control
The plantations are strictly controlled, from the land preparation at the beginning, up to the last process. There are 16 different grape varieties in the estate.

The quality control begins at the vines plantation moment and its formation. The low performance and the high quality obtained is due to the harvest in green realized in July, leaving providing homogeneity in the ripeness and oenological aspects to the vines.

The privileged location of our vineyards provides excellent weather conditions that are ideal to cultivate grapes.
The yearly sun exposure as well as the remarkable temperature changes during day and night allows our grapes to develop a better and more homogenous maturity.

The land has been carefully prepared: we eliminate stones that might difficult the process, we optimize the exceptional quality of our soils and we eliminate all type of fertilizers.

BODEGAS ARESAN produces only totally natural wines. For this reason, we only use natural manure.
The formations and plantations are set up vertically, improving the reception of the abundant sun hours and providing a small ecosystem for each of the vines and the whole vineyard. We have controlled irrigation system, depending on the necessity of each plant, the direction of the plantations and the position of each cluster during the harvest in green.
