Bonjorne winery was founded by the Escribano family, renowned for generations for its high quality winemaking, choosing only selected grapes from its own vineyards

The winery is situated in a typically Manchego setting, surrounded by pines, oaks and vineyards.

The sober architecture, typical of the Manchego area is combined with state of the art technology which can be found inside this winery, sophisticated harvesting techniques, temperature control systems, maceration techniques and bottling systems, ensuring optimum hygiene and guaranteeing the quality of our products.
The privileged location of our wine growing area, situated in the heart of the Iberian Peninsula, with its lime stone soils and continental climate -wide ranging day and night temperatures in summer and extreme temperatures in Winter- is ideal for growing high quality local variety grapes, such as Tempranillo and Airen, as well as other well known varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc y Chardonnay.
